 Brett Hess, Partner

Hess is president of Business Management Company, Inc., an accounting firm located in Frederick, MD since 1982 serving businesses locally, across the U.S., and worldwide.  BMC works with over 400 businesses ranging from start-ups to larger established enterprises and more than 1000 individual tax clients.    Hess has also participated in numerous merger and acquisition transactions for both buyers and sellers.  Hess is also a partner in BMC Insurance, LLC and Veterinary Software Associates, LLC.  His community work includes serving as Board President of Marriage Resource Center of Frederick County and Finance Board Member of New Life Church and New Life Christian School along with advisory roles for numerous non-profits.

Philip “Flip” Lacy, Partner

Lacy brings a strong faith-based perspective to his role with Strategic Capital Partners focusing primarily on the logistics surrounding company events and as company chaplain.  His career included service as a fighter pilot with the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of major.  He served as a Captain (MD-80), First Officer (MD-80), and Flight Engineer (B727) with American Airlines.  Mr. Lacy has served in many church roles, including deacon, cofounder and elder, and in 2011 as an ordained minister with Deliverance Ministries, Baton Rouge, LA.  He holds a BA Bible Degree from LeTourneau University, Longview, TX (1976).

Warren Robold, Partner

Robold is currently president of WMR Consulting, Inc.  He brings more than 30 years of business expertise and success in corporate sales and business strategy for domestic and international clients across multiple industries to his role with Strategic Capital Partners.  Robold has helped clients raise capital for startup or expansion, built product sales programs, developed successful marketing strategies, and delivered management advisory services.  With WMR, Robold focused on event planning and fundraising for C-3, C-4, and 527 entities, raising millions of dollars for those clients from corporate and individual contributors.  He has raised more than $2 million for business startups.  Robold supports inner city ministries, missionaries, and foreign missions and is very involved with church activities.  He holds an AS from Bluefield College and BSW degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
